Starting in 2017, he specialized in custom homes and extensive home additions while working on apartment buildings as a side hustle with investors. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Henry fully shifted his focus to real estate investment (REI) projects, helping fellow investors maximize their lot potential for the highest and best use.
